Руководство или Наставление – это Единица знания, которая в контексте «Правила большого пальца» («Thumb rule») относится к сфере Политики. В контексте ПБП Политика – это такая сфера деятельности человека, которая подразумевает обеспечение человека всем необходимым для его безопасного развития и жизнедеятельности. Сфера необходимого в данном контексте может включать все, начиная от определения направления движения и постановки этапной задачи до средств реализации задачи и обеспечения безопасности реализации задачи. Поэтому Единица Знания - Руководство или Наставление (Knowledge unit - the Management or Manual, сокращенно KUMM или KUM)- это рассказ о том, в каком направлении и почему следует двигаться и развиваться, а так же рассказ о задачах, решение которых предстоит на выбранном направлении развития, способах их решения, средствах, необходимых для их решения. Руководство (KUM) – так же может содержать описание опыта других людей, посвятивших себя решению определенных задач, а так же описание средств безопасности, которые могут быть необходимыми при реализации какой-либо задачи.

The Management or Manual is Unit of Knowledge which in a context of a “Thumb Rule” concerns sphere of the Policy. In context “TR” of the Politician is such field of activity of the person which means maintenance of the person with all necessary for its safe development and ability to live. The sphere necessary in the given context can include everything, beginning from definition of a direction of movement and statement problems to implementers of a problem and safety of realization of a problem. Therefore Knowledge Unit - the Management or Manual (Knowledge unit - the Management or Manual, in abbreviated form KUMM or KUM) is a story about in what direction and why it is necessary to move and develop, and as the story about the problems which decision is necessary on the chosen direction of development, ways of their decision, the means necessary for their decision. The management (KUM) – as can contain the description of experience of other people who have devoted to the decision of certain problems, and as the description of means of safety which can be necessary at realization of any problem.

Объяснение или Обучение – это Единица знания, которая в контексте «Правила большого пальца» («Thumb rule») относится к сфере Образования. В контексте ПБП Образование – это сфера деятельности человека, которая подразумевает целенаправленные действия по получению знаний и умений, а так же их совершенствованию. Другими словами Образование – сфера деятельности, предполагающая активную познавательную позицию человека, которая способствует развитию человека его способностей. Способностью, которая имеет первостепенное значение для образовательной деятельности, является способность «различать». Ибо только развитая способность «различать» позволяет человеку «отделить зерна от плевел», правильно определить приоритеты и направление становления в процессе развития. Поэтому Единица Знания – Объяснение или Обучение (Knowledge unit - Explanation or Training, сокращенно KUET)- это рассказ, который содержит объяснения чего-либо, или пояснения относительно протекания какого-либо процесса или выполнения какого-либо действия – инструкции, а так же пояснения или описание взаимосвязи и взаимоотношений чего-либо с чем-либо.

The Explanation or Training is Unit of knowledge which in a context of "a Thumb Rule" concerns an education sphere. In context of "a Thumb Rule" Formation is a field of activity of the person which means purposeful actions on noegenesis and abilities, and as to their perfection. In other words Formation – a field of activity assuming an active informative position of the person which promotes development of the person of its abilities. Ability which has paramount value for educational activity, ability to "distinguish" is. For only the developed ability allows to "distinguish" to the person «to separate grains from weeds», correctly to define priorities and a formation direction in development. Therefore Knowledge Unit – the Explanation or Training (Knowledge unit - Explanation or Training, in abbreviated form KUET) is a story which contains explanations something, or explanatories concerning course of any process or performance of any action – instructions, and as explanatories or the description of interrelation and mutual relations something with something.
